In the past 10 days, the U.S. has recorded about 1 million new cases of the coronavirus. Hospitalizations have also jumped, and the spread of the pandemic has prompted leaders in different states to impose new restrictions. (AP)

President Trump will mark Veterans Day by laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. Trump continues to insist that he will win the election, despite President-elect Joe Biden holding substantial and growing leads in key states as the last remaining ballots are counted. On Tuesday, Biden said Trump’s refusal to accept the outcome of the election will not affect his transition plan

The Supreme Court on Tuesday heard arguments in a case attempting to eliminate the Affordable Care Act. But based on early responses, it looks like the law will survive another challenge
